Booking procedure

After contacting the office for booking and receiving a reference number you have 24Hrs in which to pay a non-refundable deposit of R5000-00. Proof of payment should then be emailed or faxed to the office withing 24hours. We will then confirm in writing that you are booked on the course for the date and reference number. This secures your place on the next available course. The balance of the fees, plus accomodation and catering (if you are making use of the schools accomodation and catering) must be paid two weeks prior to the course starting date. If you pay later than the specified time and it does not show on our records at least FOURTEEN (14) days before starting date you will be moved to the next available course and another diver will be replaced in your space.
