Recommended commercial diving courseINTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL AIR DIVER 50 METRE OFFSHORE DIVER COURSE 
THIS CLASS II QUALIFICATION IS IMCA RECOGNISED AND UK HSE APPROVED

 

Who Should Do This Course: This combo course is for beginners and anyone who is interested in making commercial diving their career. It takes the beginner student all the way through Class IV and Class III to Class II Commercial Diver and the diver is not limited to any restrictions in air diving (unlike in Class IV and Class III where restrictions apply)

Course Duration: 12 Weeks

Course Covers: Class II 50m Commercial Air Diver (IMCA Offshore Air Diver or exceeds UK HSE Top Up): 4 weeks AND the required Class III Surface Supply 30m: 4 weeks AND the required Class IV 30m Commercial Scuba Diver: 4 weeks.

What can be done with this course: This qualification enables a commercial air diver to do all levels of air diving work both inshore and offshore. Working on ships in the harbour, working on dam walls and valves, working at sea doing salvage and inspection, working doing fish farm work, working on outfall pipelines and intake pipelines, working at sea doing seabed survey and searches. The work mentioned above is called inshore civils work. Offshore diving work in the oil and gas industry (which is where the money is) requires this Class II course and at least two years of inshore civils work experience.

Class III Commercial Air Diver commercial diving course HSE recognised

INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL AIR DIVER 30 METRE INSHORE DIVER COURSE 

THIS CLASS III QUALIFICATION IS UK HSE APPROVED

 

Who Should Do This Course: This course is for beginners and anyone who is interested in making commercial diving their career, limited it to inshore diving only. It takes the beginner student through Class IV to Class III Commercial Air Diver and the diver is limited to restrictions in air diving.

Course Duration: 8 Weeks

Course Covers: Class III Surface Supply 30m: 4 weeks AND the required Class IV 30m Commercial Scuba Diver: 4 weeks.

What can be done with this course: This qualification enables a commercial air diver to do inshore air diving work restricted to a maximum 30 metres water depth. Examples of inshore air diving work include: working on ships in the harbour, working on dam walls and valves, working at sea doing salvage and inspection, working doing fish farm work, working on outfall pipelines and intake pipelines, working at sea doing seabed survey and searches, limited to 30 metres depth.

Commercial Diving Course application form

Class IV Commercial Scuba Diver training HSE recognised

INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL AIR SCUBA DIVER 30 METRE DIVER COURSE

THIS CLASS IV QUALIFICATION IS UK HSE APPROVED

 

Who Should Do This Course: This course is for beginners and anyone who is interested in making a start to their commercial diving career at this level class of commercial scuba training. Also scientific scuba divers, police and fire department emergency divers and media divers.

Course Duration: 4 Weeks

Course Covers: Class IV 30m Commercial Scuba Diver ONLY

What can be done with this course: It is intended to establish occupational scuba skills as part of the training for the occupational scuba qualification for police, fire department (various rescue teams), marine, certain aqua culture inspections, media, scientific research and scuba inspection diving. This qualification limits the diver to 30 metres on Scuba diving equipment using hand tools or conducting simple inspections where no decompression is required with direct access to the water surface.
